Welcome to our website! The following is a brief overview of our company history: P.J. Lodola & Sons, Inc. was founded in 1928 by Peter J. Lodola. We've been providing quality electrical services to people throughout Connecticut and southern Massachusetts since.

We employ a talented group of over 50 fully trained journeymen and apprentice electricians. They are complemented by an office staff including three estimator/project managers, two construction supervisors, a warehouse manager/purchasing agent, and 3 dedicated women in our customer service/accounting departments. We are always on call, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for any emergency. Our fleet of radio equipped vehicles now numbers 24 enabling us to meet our customers various electrical needs. We have 11 service vans, two lift trucks with working heights of up to 55ft and two portable generators - 1-40 kW, 227/480v and 1-10 kW, 120/240v.

Our electrical contacting business is a merit shop with a bonding capacity that has now reached $6,000,000 per project. Our experience consists of industrial, commercial, and institutional buildings, shopping centers, apartments, and residential work. Most of our work is done on a contractual basis, but we are also very successful in working on design-build and fast-track projects. In addition to this, we continue to serve many long term customers on a time and material basis.
